There is only a few things that gets me excited about and one of them is the brand spanking new contemporary art museum founded by philanthropists Eli and Edythe Broad in downtown Los Angeles – The Broad. The Broad is designed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro in collaboration with Gensler and offers FREE general admission. I’m sure you’ve all seen parts of it on social medias broadcasted by various A list bloggers since it’s opened and since it is free, museum is packed everyday with lines out the door around the block. The demand and popularity did not deter this art enthusiast from squeezing in and taking a peek.
I am taking myself on a date with The Broad museum and of course I cannot let myself down on such a fine date, so I paired my Zara faux leather pleated skirt with a white knit crop top from A.L.C. and my Jimmy Choo pump that is both comfortable and stylish and per usual a pop of red from my Celine. Sharing with you all a glimpse of the magnificent art works on display, hope you all like it.
