Olivia, Chelsea, Me, 3×1

What a weekend I’ve had, super busy with Egg hunts with the kids as well as attended my first blogger conference hosted by SimplyStylist (more on that later). My Monday fashion spotlight is actually a bit of old news, but I thought I’d share it anyways. In case you haven’t heard, fashion IT girl, Olivia Palermo has partnered with Nordstrom brand Chelsea28 to create “affordable” trendy styles that is Olivia approved. She has already released two sets of looks, the most recent being last week. My stripe top is from the first release and you can see more of my recommendations from this collection below. So far, I have to say I like a lot of the pieces like this striped sweater and I can’t wait to see what more she has in her basket.

So gals, these fringe-hem jeans by 3 x 1 ($295) were everywhere during the most fashion week.  Errrrrywhere!! And Apparently they sell out in a flash, and any lookalikes like this Zara pair that I’m wearing as well as this Pixie Market one ($89) are also sells out fast the minute it hits the shelves.  So if you like ’em but not ready to drop close to $300 for a pair of denim yet, you can search the internet and look for alternatives, but chances are other fashionistas have them on the denim-dar like you do. What’s a girl to do? DIY it of course! I’ve pinned a few DIY fringe and fray denim tips on my Pinterest HERE.

Finally, remember a few weeks ago I posted the Block Heel Trend, well I am living said trend right now with these Stuart Weitzman clear heel pumps currently 50% off during the  Brown bag sale!! Stuart is never 50% off so nab one before they sell out or prices go up to normal. Okay, I have a lot on my plate this week since PA is on Spring Break, this means that I’ve got two kiddos running wild in the house and the best way to contain them is actually by taking them out of the house and let them release their bundles of energies. Catch our shenanigans on my Snap (@poshclassymom).

That is a classic sweater but the first thing I noticed is the awesome fringe jeans which especially paired with the hot clear heel block pumps look phenomenal. I love Olivia Palermo’s blouses and some dresses and skirts from her Chelsea 28 line.

Wishing you and the kids a great first week of Spring!

I love the fray on those jeans, I might have to DIY my own though cause $300 is out of my price range. Those shoes are incredible too!
