Hey guys, sorry I’ve been having a little too much fun on my family vacay in Hawaii. In the past we always go around Thanksgiving time and have very little time to actually do activities between family gatherings and other obligations so this time, I really made a commitment to Do Things. I may have over done it a little, but I’ll have a full recap in the weeks to come. But first, let’s get back in to the fashions I brought with me on this trip. I recently visited the showroom of Maison Prive and got a few pieces from a few French brands they feature. I was so smitten with two brands and their easy ready to wear pieces with a side of Parisian flare.
My top is from OUD Paris and they have classic French chic looks with a feminine details like bows and ruffles that makes the outfit a little more special. This top has bows on both shoulders and also sleeves but you don’t feel them clashing or over the top, the slight one shoulder design also makes it very whimsical. I wore it with the skinny cropped jeans from Reiko which is another French brand but carried in the states via Anthropologie. They specialize in super clean, crisp everyday styles that looks effortless and incredibly chic. I was in love with this skinny jeans with very interestingly distressed hem and relaxed and comfy fit. If you have a chance to check out their page on Anthro, you will fall in love with everything!
I added slight red accents in my tassel earrings and these Sam Edelman espadrille platform sneakers with red shoe laces. I simply adore the pops of color without trying too hard to brighten up the looks. Let me know if you like my Island style with Parisian flare. If I spotted OUD Paris being carried in the states, I will make sure to share with you guys where to buy them. For now, the outfit details are below.
