Happy Friday loves! I hope you took the time to read Part I of my Ritz Carlton Denver review. Today I’m covering Part II – The Ritz Carlton Club Level and why you should highly consider staying at a club level floor on your next Ritz stay. I’m also going to cover a wonderful steakhouse – The Elway’s located within the Ritz Carlton Denver that blew my husband (a bona fide steak connoisseur) away. Intrigued? Read on.
The Ritz Carlton Club Level – A Luxury Hotel Experience Redefined
The Ritz-Carlton Club® Level combines intimacy, comfort and exclusivity with the personalized service and attention to detail that are the hallmarks of The Ritz-Carlton. It is a communal space designed to make your stay unforgettable in surprising and delightful ways and often referred to as a hotel within a hotel. Every Club Lounge offers an array of complimentary culinary presentations, and elegant décor intended to create an undeniable sense of belonging. A dedicated Concierge attends to individual needs and create memorable and enjoyable experiences for you and your loved ones.
At the Ritz Carlton Denver, our Club Concierge Ashley definitely created a unique and memorable experiences during our stay. Not only was she not annoyed by my/our constant visit (I literally visited every snack, food and dessert offerings) but she didn’t even flinch when I overloaded my plate with food and one of the small dishes slipped, fell and broke on the ground. I was mortified, I mean I was THAT girl who overloaded her plate and made a scene. But she just smiled and said “oh it happens all the time”. Client Care Goals.
There is continuous culinary offerings throughout the day with selections of local brews, fine spirits and an array of wines to complement the savory and sweet fare. And a cookies bar that the kids immediately raided and continues to bug me to go even before we check out so that they can get that last cookie. The Club Lounge at Ritz Carlton Denver is open daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and during your visit to The Ritz-Carlton Denver, you may discover the following local offerings:
- Tastings and educational sessions by representatives from local craft breweries and/or area distilleries.
- Sampling experiences to savor Colorado-grown produce and other locally sourced cuisine like salsas and jams.
- Action food and beverage stations like chef-attended omelet stations during select weekends.
Now that we’ve covered why (ahem the food alone pays for itself) you need to stay on the Ritz Carlton Club Level, let’s move on to our steak dinner at Elway’s. Elway’s is owned by John Elway, NFL hall of famer and current GM for the Denver Broncos. Husband love steak, correction LOVES steak and he has probably eaten at every expensive, Michelin starred steakhouses around town and in NY. So when he proclaims that his bone-in Rib Eye was the best that he has ever had, I am quite surprised. But I must say that with one bite into the perfectly seasoned and cooked Medium Rare rib eye, I was impressed. It was juicy, tender and melt in your mouth. The sides were equally delicious and judging by the fact that both kids gobbled down their grilled cheese with side of fruit, I would say that Elway’s is a must visit for steakhouse if you are in the Denver area.
I hope you enjoyed my little coverage of Ritz Carlton Denver, although I received complimentary stay during my trip all opinion is entirely my own and it doesn’t take much to see why the Ritz Carlton franchise has the reputation of the best hospitality and best family friendly hotels. Highly recommend everyone staying there at least once!
