Who hasn’t seen a post about cold shoulder sweaters or tops? I sure have seen quite a few popping up here and there on bloggersphere. I wasn’t quite sure about it in the beginning but it has started to rub me the more I seen it, so when I saw this Rebecca Minkoff cold shoulder chunky knit on sale I have to give it a spin. There are many ways to wear the cold shoulder trend, I’ve seen it worn with a mini, with the skinny and on a granny (okay, maybe not on a granny) so I’m trying to put a little 70’s vibe into this style by pairing it with my petite flare jeans. I’m liking the mini flare because it is not too drastic as the full bell bottoms and still give it a nice retro edge.
My Snapchat (@poshclassymom) followers know how super excited I was when I found this pair of rare (sold out) grey Christian Louboutin Pigalle as I have been hunting a grey Loub for a long time and finally found it on eBay of all places. I actually recently spotted another pair in size 39 on TheRealReal if anyone is interested. They do run almost a full size small so this would fit a size 8. Anyhow, this outfit seem like the perfect style for the grey Loubs and the sky high heel is perfect under the petite flare for that height boost I like. That’s it for my hump day style update…tomorrow is the first day of NYFW! Although I am sad that I am not partaking in this festivity I will be glued to my live stream of my favorite designers.
