Hey guys, how was your weekend? I know you don’t want to hear me harp about how great this warm winter in LA is (we were in the 80s and had to hit the pool) but I am actually pretty concerned about the upcoming summer. With an unusually dry and warm winter, we might expect a serious drought and record-breaking summer to come. Praying for more rain and cooler weather but doesn’t look like it is happening for the next 10 days. Speaking of, we are 2 weeks away from Valentine’s Day and as much of an anti-pink girl as I am, Valentine’s is the closest that I will voluntarily put on something/anything pink. But, just so you know that I am VERY selective with my pink choices as it is a rare and celebratory occasion and I fell in love with this fuschia pink sweater with a lot of sporty vibes from Rebecca Minkoff right away when I saw it.
I like the striped details in white and red for a very varsity and sporty feel and I paired it with a pair of classic Levi’s 721 high waist grey wash jeans that I made some personal distressing details on and also my current favorite pair of kicks to that complete casual laid back look that I was going for. I have worn this top at least 4 time since I got it over the Christmas Holidays and have gotten many compliments for the color and style, it is running low on sizes so make sure you snatch it up before all the sizes are out. But if it is sold out, have no fear, I have linked a few of my personal favorites Pink Sweaters that I have discovered online while I was browsing for Valentine’s outfit ideas below so make sure that you check them out and see if there is one that you fancy.
Thank you all for reading!
