Hey guys! Those of you friends in the blogging world, I’m sure you’ve heard that Instagram changed API access for their affiliates that affected many third party access to the insights. One of them being unable to share shoppable images via Reward Style or Collectives. I’ve also been getting more inquiries on where to buy outfits that I post on IG. You all know that I am a member of LikeToKnow.it and you can shop my looks either through direct links I post on my blog posts or simply take a SCREENSHOT of my Instagram image with little heart shaped water marks at the lower right corner. So today, I’ll answer questions to my most requested outfits posted on my Instagram and also share some Spring and Summer outfit ideas.
Since today is also the first day of a Huge Shopbop End of Season Sale, I thought I’d link the outfits to the brands and exact pieces that I have been loving as of late and you can shop them by clicking on the links! Ulla Johnson
Ulla Johnson draws from a melange of global references—batik prints, embroidery, fringe details—in her trademark Ulla Johnson dresses, boho mini skirts, and fringe boots. You guys have seen my fondness for Ulla Johnson, I went to her sample sale and scored so much goodies and now you can also get a great price for her effortless bohemian style. Here are some of my Ulla picks including the same top I’m wearing above in the most popular Spring color – Yellow.
Amanda Uprichard and I also have a history. I love that she mixes bold, bright colors with super clean, simple minimal lines. And once in a while she will just surprise you with the most interesting details. One of my most asked top is this yellow Joelle top. Ever since I posted it on my Instagram, almost everyone have been asking me where did I get this top. So now you can get it for a steal!!
Shadi Askari-Farhat, the designer behind Tbags Los Angeles, created MISA in 2016. A combination of her daughters’ names, Milla and Sayeh, MISA is inspired by Askari-Farhat’s global journeys, and the brand aesthetic evokes elevated femininity and sophistication. The effortless, eclectic look of MISA clothing makes it the perfect travel wardrobe for a modern-day bohemian. I have worn a few tops from Misa, including this dramatic flutter sleeve top as well as a similar style one shoulder top to my La Mer event. I’ve also bought some dresses to take on my vacation. Can you guess which dresses below I bought?
Founded in Los Angeles in 2012, endless rose clothing has quickly become a go-to source for modern, ladylike pieces. Taking cues from runways, street style, and West Coast culture, the collection’s of-the-moment pieces boast plenty of thoughtful, covetable feminine details, like lace, ruffles, and embroidery. Look for relaxed-feminine floral dresses, pleated midi skirts, and pastel ruffled blouses, each with equally easygoing prices. One thing also great about Endless Rose is how affordable each of these pieces are, and now with the sale it is even sweater.
Lastly, I cannot end the Spring Summer Style Ideas with out including the most popular bag trend right now – Woven bags. Also known as straw bags, these are the perfect light weight bag. I wore a small rectangular one with ribbon details a few weeks ago to the Palm Desert Food and Wine tasting and I can’t tell you how many women stopped me and asked me where I got my bag…even a few gentleman! So Having an eye catching woven bag in various sizes and shapes is essential this Spring and Summer.
